Shipping
Where do you ship? Apparel ships within the US. Cards also ship to Canada — our card partner Proxy-Prints handles international.
How long does it take? Apparel ships in 5 to 7 days. Cards are printed by Proxy-Prints and currently take 15 to 19 business days (10–14 printing + 5 shipping); Canada is 3–4 weeks. Everything is made to order so we appreciate the patience. See the shipping policy for the full breakdown.
How much is shipping? Apparel ships $5 for 1 item, $9 for 2, $12 for 3, and caps at $15 for 4 or more. Cards ship $5 flat. Free apparel shipping once your apparel hits $75; free card shipping once your cards hit $50 or you order 90+ cards; free shipping on the whole order once it crosses $100. Canadian card orders ship for $29.99 flat (no free thresholds outside the US).
Returns
Everything is printed to order, so we cannot take returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we will replace it. See the returns policy for the details and the time window.
Sizing
Unisex. True to size. If you wear a Medium everywhere else, get a Medium here. Shirts come pre-shrunk so the first wash will not humble you.
If the product page has a size chart, trust that over this.
Print quality
Screen printed where the run justifies it. DTG on lower volume items. Both hold up. Wash inside out on warm and they will outlast your standard LGS freebie.
Order changes
Email us at hello@rtcetc.com within an hour of ordering and we can usually fix an address, size, or quantity. After that it is in production and we cannot stop it.
Lost or stuck packages
Tracking should update within 48 hours of your shipping email. If it goes quiet longer than that, or the package has not moved in four business days, email us. We will chase the carrier or reship.
