Returns policy

Every RTC ETC product is printed to order. We do not hold stock. Because of that, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing regret, or "I just don't want it anymore." We do make things right when something arrives broken, defective, or wrong. The details:

What we replace at no cost

  • Manufacturing defects. Print misalignment, fabric flaws, stitching failures, missing or duplicate prints.
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped. If the order on file shows Medium and you got an XL, that is on us.
  • Damage in transit. Tears, stains, water damage from shipping handling.

How to claim

Within 14 days of delivery, email hello@rtcetc.com with:

  1. Your order number (in the confirmation email — format ORDER #1042).
  2. A photo of the item showing the issue.
  3. A photo of the shipping label still attached to the original packaging if you have it.

We respond within two business days. If the claim is approved we ship a replacement at no cost. You do not need to send the original item back.

What we do not replace

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage from washing on hot, putting through the dryer on high, or bleaching colored garments.
  • Sizing changes from your end. Pre-shrunk items will not change size after the first wash.
  • Items lost after delivery is confirmed by the carrier (porch theft is the carrier or your homeowner's insurance question).

Color and finish

Print colors are calibrated as closely as possible to the on-screen mockups. Small variation in screen vs cotton is normal and is not considered a defect.

Refunds

Replacements are the default remedy. If a replacement is not possible — discontinued item, sold out — we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
