Where we ship
Everything in the shop ships to the United States and Canada: apparel, playmats and cards (printed by our partner Proxy-Prints). We do not ship anywhere else yet.
How orders are produced
Every item is made to order through our print partners. We do not hold stock. Apparel runs 3 to 5 business days from the time payment clears. Cards run longer. See Custom cards below.
Shipping methods and timing: apparel
After production, apparel orders ship via standard ground carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is fastest from the print facility nearest the destination).

Total time from order to delivery for apparel: roughly 6 to 14 business days in the US, longer for Canada once customs is counted.
Custom cards (Proxy-Prints fulfillment)
Cards on RTC ETC are printed by our partner Proxy-Prints. Their current production + shipping window is longer than our apparel partner's, and we cannot expedite it:

These times reflect current high demand. We're working hard to bring them down.
Mixed orders (apparel + cards) ship separately. Apparel arrives on the apparel timeline above, cards on the Proxy-Prints timeline. You receive separate tracking emails for each.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout from the destination and what is in your cart, and always shown before you pay. Each group of items is charged on its own because apparel, playmats and cards leave from different print facilities.

US orders of $125 or more ship free, apart from playmats, which always ship at their rate. Canadian orders have no free-shipping thresholds.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order leaves the print facility. Tracking should update within 48 hours.
Address changes
Email hello@rtcetc.com within one hour of placing your order. After that the order is committed to production and the address is locked.
Address errors and undeliverable packages
If a package returns to the print facility because of an incorrect address, we will contact you for a corrected address. You are responsible for the reshipment cost.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking has not updated in four or more business days, email hello@rtcetc.com and we will open a carrier trace. After 14 days with no movement we treat the package as lost and reship at no cost.
Customs
For Canadian orders, our print partners handle customs documentation. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed by Canadian authorities are the customer's responsibility.
