Where we ship

Apparel ships within the United States only. Cards (printed by our partner Proxy-Prints) ship to the US and Canada.

How orders are produced

Every item is made to order through our print partners. We do not hold stock. Apparel runs 3 to 5 business days from the time payment clears. Cards run longer — see Custom cards below.

Shipping methods and timing — apparel

After production, apparel orders ship via standard ground carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever is fastest from the print facility nearest the destination).

Total time from order to delivery for apparel: roughly 6 to 14 business days.

Custom cards (Proxy-Prints fulfillment)

Cards on RTC ETC are printed by our partner Proxy-Prints. Their current production + shipping window is longer than our apparel partner's, and we cannot expedite it:

These times reflect current high demand. We're working hard to bring them down.

Mixed orders (apparel + cards) ship separately — apparel arrives on the apparel timeline above, cards on the Proxy-Prints timeline. You receive separate tracking emails for each.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on the destination and the contents of your cart. No flat-rate promotions yet.

Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order leaves the print facility. Tracking should update within 48 hours.

Address changes

Email hello@rtcetc.com within one hour of placing your order. After that the order is committed to production and the address is locked.

Address errors and undeliverable packages

If a package returns to the print facility because of an incorrect address, we will contact you for a corrected address. You are responsible for the reshipment cost.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not updated in four or more business days, email hello@rtcetc.com and we will open a carrier trace. After 14 days with no movement we treat the package as lost and reship at no cost.

Customs

Apparel ships US-only, no customs apply. For Canadian card orders, Proxy-Prints handles customs documentation via USPS Int'l. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed by Canadian authorities are the customer's responsibility.
