Who we are
RTC ETC is a merchandise store operated by MJCE LLC, registered in the United States. "We," "us," and "our" refer to that entity throughout.
What you can do on this site
Browse, buy products, create an optional account to track orders, and contact us. That is it.
What you cannot do
- Resell our products in commercial volume without prior written agreement.
- Use the brand name, wordmark, or product designs in your own merchandise.
- Scrape the site at volume that affects performance for other visitors.
- Try to break authentication, payment, or admin systems. The usual responsible-disclosure carveout applies — see the privacy policy for the contact email if you find a vulnerability.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we charge your payment method and start production. Until that point we may decline an order for any reason — typically inventory, fraud signals, or an obvious shipping error.
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Shipping and returns
Governed by our shipping policy and returns policy. Those terms are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The brand name, wordmark, product designs, photography, and copy on this site are owned by MJCE LLC. The Magic: The Gathering rules text reference in the brand name is a community phrase and is not claimed as our IP. Magic: The Gathering and Commander are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, defect-free service, or that every page will render perfectly in every browser ever made. We aim for 99.9% uptime and will publish a status page at status.rtcetc.com.
Product mockups are renders. Real items will look very close but small variation in color and finish is normal — see the returns policy.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to this site or any product is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MJCE LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and emailed to account holders.
